Health Hub Vienna is a platform for open innovation that actively promotes change in the European healthcare system. We discern gaps in healthcare and provide a collaborative and innovative environment for pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers and private and public insurance companies, amongst others, to connect with start-ups and with each other. Health Hub Vienna will catalyze innovative and cutting-edge solutions by bridging the connection between problem identification and solution integration. We bring together stakeholders of the healthcare system, connecting them through active matching, network access, events, and trainings for information transfer.

Who are we?

HHV as health innovation hub is serving as the focal point of the Health Tech community and as the epicenter of its ecosystem. The program is managed by INiTS, Vienna’s high-tech incubator with a track record since 2002 of successfully developing start-ups in the life sciences. From its past start-up training program to its current updated model of operation, HHV keeps innovating itself, to innovate healthcare. Health Hub Vienna is passionate about driving change to cultivate healthier, longer lives.

How do we do it?

We foster innovation by serving as a connector between all stakeholders in healthcare; from the single student with a business idea, to the pharma company that adopts innovation. HHV is the heart of a community of startups, alumni, innovators, researchers, NGOs, NPOs, Pharma companies, Public players, startups, and SME’s – all sharing the same mission – to drive change and digitalization in healthcare. We help digitalize, optimize and innovate Healthcare to achieve this.
